i tried to embed my twitch channel stream into one of my pages. Using an html block with elementor entering iframes, it works, but every time i load the page i first have to use F5 (reload) before it finally shows up on the page. I think that's some ajax related thing.

Is there a workaround for this except disabling continuous audio player/ajax ? If i disable that, all displays fine.

Maybe you could add an option to disable ajax/audio player on certain pages? On the other hand this would stop audio player from playing when ppl just surf around. 

But you might have another solution to embed twitch with continuous audio player still working?
