    Hi,

I uploaded the zip file for MP3 Music Player onto my Wordpress site, installed and activated it. However, it doesn't appear to have changed anything. I don't have any more options in the Playlist admin area for the playlist that I created. I also can't see the Edit with Elementor option  for my playlist. And finally whichever page I use I get the error messages across the top of the screen :

parameter 2 to be array, null given in /homepages/28/d785672426/htdocs/clickandbuilds/MclachlanLain/wp-content/plugins/mp3-music-player-by-sonaar/admin/class-sonaar-music-admin.php on line 795

It looks to me as if it hasn't installed properly. Could you please advise me.

    Hi,

Please make sure to save your settings in wp-admin > mp3 player > settings.

Also if you want to edit use sticky mp3 player, make sure to edit your widget within elementor and select enable sticky player.

If you have any issues, please provide me screenshot and access to your WP-Admin

    Thanks,

    Hi Maxime,

On the attached screenshot I have opened the only playlist I have created. At the top you will see some error messages that I don't understand. Also there is no Edit with Elementor option, as I have seen on YouTube tutorials.

I added the playlist to the page Rock / Indie. When you open the page the player looks just the same as it did before we went PRO.

    The log in details are:

The Wordpress Admin page is : http://mclachlan-lain.com/wp-login.php

    Administrator login: Developer_McLL

    Password: Op!TL06U4*)iD)5J

    Thank you for your assistance.

Also, when you open the page Rock /Indie the error messages on the attachment appear when you leave the page.

    Hi Maxime,

That has cleared the error messages - many thanks. I did try to save the settings, as yous suggested, but I obvioulst didn't do it properly.

But I still don't think we have the full set up. I created a new page - Licencing 3 - and opened it in Elementor. I scrolled down the left-hand column to select the Essential Grid, but the only icon available is MP3 Music Player, which is what I had before we went PRO. Have a look at the attachment.

    Should I unisntall and reinstall?

    Bob

Essential Grid is a third party plugin.. its not included with the MP3 Audio Player Pro.

    Hi Maxime,

Now I'm very confused. Can you tell me what benefits I got from upgrading to PRO from the free version?

Also, could you look at the attachment please. I was expecting to have access to all these icons. Essential Grid is clearly marked 'Sonaar', so how can it be a third party plugin?

    Thanks

    Hi

You can check the comparison between MP3 Audio Player free VS Pro here : https://sonaar.io/free-mp3-music-player-plugin-for-wordpress/#comparison

The screenshot you are showing me is coming from our Sonaar Theme. It's not from our stand alone Mp3 audio player.

    Thanks,

    Hi Maxime,

The penny has dropped - now I understand. Thank you for your patience in explaining this to me. Could you tell me, is it possible to upgrade to Sonaar Theme and if so how much would it cost?

The plugin and the theme are 2 different products so you cannot "upgrade" from the player to the theme.

You have 3 options to buy Sonaar

-> Single Theme: Allow you to access to 1 theme's demo and install it on 1 website only. You get 1 year of support and 1 year of theme updates. Price is $69

-> All Themes: Allow you to access to ALL our theme's demo and install it on unlimited website. You will also have access to all our future theme's demos that we gonna release through the year. You get 1 year of support and 1 year of theme updates. Price is $89

-> Lifetime Membership: Allow you to access to ALL our theme's demo and install it on unlimited website. You will also have access to all our future theme's demos. You get lifetime support and lifetime theme updates. Price is only $175and it's a one-time payment.

Do you have additional questions ?

    Thanks again Maxime.

One last question, if I may. If I buy a Theme does it come with Music Player PRO bundled, or does that have to be bought separately?

    Max replied

    Hi,

there is a MP3 Audio Player built-in into the theme. You don't need to buy any extra plugin if you use the theme.

    Thanks,
