Hey, I have tried everything the player is still not working, please is there any other solution? The attached screenshot shows the player when clicked to play but nothing is working.
Could you please try with another phone? if it does not work, please record your screen so i can see what you are doing because i really cannot reproduce the issue on my end and I have tried with 3 different mobile phone.
MP3 Player on the promote theme not working using mobile.
If i go to your website with my android (and iphone), i can hear the song if I click play.
can you elaborate on how to reproduce your issue?

When I click play on the front page it's not working on my phone. I'm using android.

Which browser are you using?
Make sure to clear your mobile browser cache maybe.
