Your instructions from your video below, refer to selecting the theme XML to import, however in your UNZIP-ME-FIRST_Sonaar-WP-Package.zip, there is no XML file, nor is there in the sonnar.zip file in the Theme folder.

If option 1 doesn't work or you have problem such as Timed Out issues, or Internal Error 500, etc, please install the demo manually. We have setup a quick video tutorial to learn how to install it manually.

Technically the theme demo I'd like to install is all of them :) I bought all of them, and regardless of what settings I apply with my hosting provider, I'm still getting the Execution Timeouts and other problems trying to just deploy demo files. So I was looking at doing an import to see if I could work around that. If it helps, I'm trying to do Promote and Moonlight first.
To import a theme demo manually, upload (by FTP or Filemanager) demo.zip in folder /wp-content/uploads/fw-backup (create fw-backup if it does not exist), then go to WP-Admin > Tools > Backup, select the file you have uploaded and click restore
This will completely replace/overwrite your existing website with the theme demo. It's the best way to get started.
Looks like the change you made are not applied to WP.
Please contact your hosting provider and tell them to raise your Maximum Execution Time. By default its 30 seconds. Ask them to raise it to 600 and problem will be gone.

Arg, that still fails.
I've updated max_execution_time to 600 as directed, but it consistently fails.
Should I open a separate ticket for this? Or should I really be directing my questions at my hosting provider?
