I've tried the following on Elementor: VH value to 100 and setting Overflow to hidden. The closest i got was to set the background to 'fixed' but there is some scrolling of the content, regardless of the logo size. Heres my page so far: https://hayata.co/

It a bit complex to have a full screen image through all monitors and display sizes since everything is responsive. Your image will have to be cropped somehow.
