Hi Roman, Are you able to provide a login credential to the wp-admin? Are you saying this issue happen since the last update? Do you have the same behavior if the dynamic wave is selected https://d.pr/free/i/OGA0N4
Tell me how can I remove the timing of the track? it takes up extra space in my design. I was told that through the css but I do not understand this, help me with this. I also want to use a different text color on another page, but I also don’t know how to do it
Thanks for the login credential, but I dont see the issue anymore. Waves always appear. Have you done something?
You can use this custom css code to hide timing track .currentTime, .totalTime, .tracklist-item-time{ display: none; } Please go to wp-admin>appearance>customize>custom css And copy the custom code.
If you want to have different player style, you should use elementor editor with our MP3 pro plugin. Lot options are available. Otherwise you have to use a custum css code, but this is beyond the scope of our support.
Good afternoon. I used your css and it worked. Thank !
But the problems with the wave remained! When you click on a tab, the wave is not displayed, after clicking on the track, the wave also does not appear, but after the second wedge it loads. Please check again in different browsers.
I use wbbakery and not an elementor. How can I change the color of text and waves on different pages? It’s right to change this when adding a shortcode, where I select a playlist and more, it would also be convenient to choose a color scheme there, and not in the general settings of the plugin. If this is not possible, tell me how to do it in another way?
The wave issue only appears when we are not logged to the wp-admin because it is caused by the plugin "wp cache". You can disable it or disable its minify option.
I know you are using WPBakery, and I understand you dont want to go with another page builder, but what I m saying is with Elementor you have many extra settings to edit audioplayer. With Elementor we are able to create a different style for each players. Otherwise we dont have access to those options. The only way for you is to use a custom css code but we cant guide you through this path. This is beyond the scope of our support.
Good afternoon. Thanks for the answer, but unfortunately the cache plugin does not have this problem. I removed all the plugins, but the problem remained. I am forced to record a video for you, such a situation in all browsers through incognito. Please solve this problem!
Hi
You have released a sound wave update. This is very cool, now the wave is loading fast and I am very pleased.
I just have a problem!
I use tabs, on the first tab, the wave of the audio loads immediately, but when I switch the tabs, the wave does not load! It also does not load when I click on the play! look at it on my site

Sorry, I was pretty sure it was about the cache plugin.
I think I have it now. Please clear cache (again) and tell me is it works.
Thanks,
