I keep receiving this message on wordpress. I have verified I have 128MB File limit for my media files. This file appears to be less then 30MB. I have unzipped the file and then recompressed it to try this way and nothing. I don't appear to see any licensing or misc files in the zip for the theme itself. Please assist.

Sonaar.zip is not a plugin. You are trying to upload a plugin.
Sonaar is a theme. You must go to wp-admin > appearance > themes > add new.
