    Hello, hope you're well.

    The theme is great and the site I'm building is coming together nicely.

    I have encountered two things though that I can't fix:

    __

    1. On the homepage under Latest Music (Attachment 1) I've got the play button to play the song and the image and text to link out to an external link but I would like to:

    a. potentially remove the play button

    b. set the external link to open in a new browser tab

    __

    2. On the news page I'm getting on error message (see attachment 2).

    I've purchased and registered the Pro version of Elementor as mentioned in the troubleshooting but not sure how else to fix this so I can edit the 'News page' in Elementor.

    Hello Dee,

    1) a. To remove the play button, edit your grid by going to WP-Admin > Ess.Grid > Locate the grid you want to edit and click Edit SKin. Then you will be able to remove the button layer. see screenshot https://d.pr/i/bqg1BN

    1) b. You can set the link type by editing your grid skin and select the link type you want https://d.pr/i/8Gha3B

    If you want to set an external link, instead of the single music page, you can edit your playlist and set it there: https://d.pr/i/EOdr88

    2) The News page is a Dynamic PHP Templates. You cannot edit it with Elementor. Its built-in into the theme. If you want to make your own news page with Elementor, you can use Elementor Pro. Check with Elementor Pro how to create your own news/blog page archive.

    Hi Maxime

    Thank you for your response. I followed point 1) b. below and unfortunately I haven't achieved what I intended. I would like the image and text to link out to the external link set in the playlist settings, but at the moment it just loads an empty page.

    Which settings do I choose to:

    - get the image and text to direct to the external link (can't seem to be able to select the image to change the settings)?

    - set the external link to open in a new tab?

    Just to clarify:

    1. we want to keep the play symbol

    2. we want the image and text to link to the external link

    3. we want the external link to open in a new browser tab

    I have change what could be changed. so now your image and text link to the post then is automatically be redirected to your external URL.

    Your website is very very slow here..it takes like 45 seconds to load a page. you should switch/upgrade your server.
