Now for some troubleshooting:
I have created many pages and playlists using the Sonaar MP3 player in different ways. It has been running live for a few weeks and I know there are many plays happening of the audio because I have set up tracking HTML5 audio events using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
Unfortunately, I don't see the statistics being displayed in the Sonaar MP3 plugin dashboard. This would be a much easier way to quickly evaluate performance and would really like it to work. Attached screenshot for reference.
Can you help me discover why this is happening?
I have added almost all the tracks via external URL...is this a problem for collecting statistics?

Could you please update your plugin (both free and pro) and see if the stats are working now? we have fixed it in our latest plugin update.
