Maybe the server doesnt have enough memory to import the demo content. I understand this is annoying. The vast majority of our customers have no issue with the demo importation. But sometime, for different reason, with have some difficulty to import the demo content the first shot. I can guide you to import the demo munually, but I m not sure this will work. I think we will be quicker if you provide a ftp access.

We've spent some time on your issue and i've noticed that you got this errror when you go to WP-Admin > Tools > Backup:
HTTP Loopback Connections are not enabled on this server. If you need to contact your web host, tell them that when PHP tries to connect back to the site at the URL `http://iriemedia.co/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php` and it gets the error `cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received`. There may be a problem with the server configuration (eg local DNS problems, mod_security, etc) preventing connections from working properly.
Unfortunately, that still does not work. First time I see this. Im a bit curious and dissappointed at the same time about this issue. I have spent at least 1 hour on this and I cant find any workaround. Your server is a bit weird on how it reacts to the importation.
From here, I offer you 2 options:
1) I set you up on cloudways.com (or another hosting provider, but cloudways.com is the best). If you open an account with Cloudways.com, I can install you the theme and the theme demo in the next hour and take care of everything for the installation. If you are interested in cloudways, just sign up for the Digital Ocean server at $10/month. its the cheapest plan I think and it works well.
I've followed the instructions to install demo content but it keeps failing.
Please resolve as this is day one of being one of your customers and I'm already having issues.

Can I try a fresh install using another fresh database and domain instead without losing my first licence?
Can set it up and then will no longer use this theme for irie.co but for iriemedia.co instead which I'll setup now.
Your license can only be activated on one site, but we can move it to iriemedia.co

May I know which hosting provider you are using?
Unfortunately, you will have to contact them and show them the error message so they can fix it.
We have about 25 000 customer using Sonaar and it's the first time that someone has this issue so Im truly sorry that it falls on you.
If you don't want to bother with this bug, I recommend that you switch to another hosting ( eg: Cloudways.com ).
I can also give you a refund if you're not satisfied.
