I have been trying to get the featured image (or and logo to be in the same position and of the same opacity from page to page. On some pages, the image is fully opaic and on others it is some what transparent.
On some pages the logo is opaic and bright but on other pages it is partially transparent.
Also, the image (moons) is centered and in others it is off to the right.
How can I manage transparency and position in the themes better?
I have the idea that it has to do with templates but can't quite figure it out.
You have set a very big image for a page divider in your look and feel. See screenshot: https://d.pr/i/N0Lnpk
Just remove that...This option is better suited if you have a very tiny divider that will goes just below your page titles (such as a 100px width line...). The page divider image will only appear if you have a page title displayed on your page.
You are not required to use it..So i recommend that you just delete it.
