Testing work in progress website (see url) the music player will not play on IPAD AIR IOS 13.4.1. It does work on desktop and iphone 7 IOS 13.5.1.
Tried several tests with playlist tracks local and external same results. Strangely your demo site for SOUNDMAN theme, does play on the IPAD AIR IOS 13.4.1.
Please advise, can't submit to client for review in current state. THANK YOU.
We have been aware of this issue. Seems an issue with Safari only on iOS. I have been able to locate official thread about other people having same issue from other types of app: https://github.com/twilio/twilio-video.js/issues/941
We will wait that Safari release a fix. its something out of our control at this time and we will monitor the situation closely.
I think you missed the part where I explained that your demo WORKS but not with my site:
“Strangely your demo site for SOUNDMAN theme, does play on the IPAD AIR IOS 13.4.1. “
This implies there is a solution which I need as the job was done on spec and can’t be presented until resolved so I’d have to get refund for the full theme package and start project over with working solution. Please test my site and your demo site on IOS 13.4.1 with safari and confirm this.

update: The issue is with Safari on IPAD IOS 13.4.1, standard settings.
Chrome for same IPAD test now is successful. It's important it works with safari with new devices standard setup, please advise. THANKS.
