I need help in using the MP3 Pro Player Statistics Report.
When I select Statistics from the MP3 Player in the WP Dashboared I get a screen that indicates 0 Total Plays during whatever period I select. Another box indicates Total Downloads...58, or just 3 for today, but what tracks are those? A box below indicates Top Downloaded Tracks, but these numbers don't change for whatever "period" I select. What period of time does this "Top Downloaded Tracks" apply too?
Is there something I'm not setting up correctly, or in how I'm using the MP3 Player in the website? Why does the Statistics report indicate 0 Plays?
Can you help me understand how to use or fix the Statistics Report?
All of a sudden at line appeared under the Plugin listing for MP3 Player Pro...to Update. Had a few problems...it indicated the update failed. I closed the browser and re-logged in and "all of a sudden" it indicated Pro was now ver 2.1
Played a track and checked the Statistics and voila...it appears to be working. albeit starting a count going forward from today...

Thank you Alexandre
How do I update the player? I don't see it listed in the Plugins updates? The WP Dashboard indicates
PluginsYour plugins are all up to date.
I tried to Deactivate the current MP3 Player...Pro and then download and install a new one from the Sonaar website and I get this error message:
Installing Plugin from uploaded file: mp3-music-player-by-sonaar.2.1.zipUnpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists. /home/408164.cloudwaysapps.com/ccpwxanuhp/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mp3-music-player-by-sonaar/
Plugin installation failed.
Can you help me with instructions how to update the mp3 music player pro to 2.1
Thanks,
Dan K

You need to delete the old plugin first.
But you can also update the plugin is you go to wp-admin>plugins
