I just bought the templates add on and imported the templates to Elementor. I've also activated the license for my website, but my issue is I don't see the additional Sonaar widgets that were supposed to have come with the package. I currently do not have Elementor pro. Is this something I need to be able to use your widgets?
That's curious because it says on the description (screen shot attached) That it does come with widgets. In fact it's the first thing listed on your site for templates add on. This was the whole reason I bought the add on package so I will cancel and get a refund since the package is not as described. You should have your team edit that description to not say that is comes with widgets.
Because of this confusion from your site text misleading me your products are not going to work for me. I would like to get a refund for both of my purchases. The "templates add on" and the "mp3 player pro". I'm well within the 14 days and the products are not as described see attached.

What I'm having an issue with the MP3 player is 2 things really.
1- The player doesn't have a single track loop or repeat function, and several of my members have expressed this is a feature they would like.
2- I do meditation tracks, and I would like to have the featured image of each individual track. When I set up a playlist it only allows me to set the playlist as a whole featured image.
1- A single track should automaticly loop. If it is not, this is something we can fix.
2- You can create a playlist for each track, so you will be able to select a feature image for all of them. And you can select many playlists on a audioplayer.
Yes! That's it, the music slider. Is that only available with themes? What I would love to do is have a music slider at the top to feature my newest music
Oh okay! I didn't realize you could use multiple playlists on a single player. This is really good news! I'm going to work on building this out today, but I think you've helped me a ton with the player.
Hi Bradly, The slider in our theme is built with Revolution slider. You can purchase this plugin and use it to another theme. I have attached the slider used in our theme. You can import it and used it with our mp3 player plugin. But it is required to have a sonaar player in the page content, otherwise the js code used in the slider to trigger a playlist is not loaded.

Hi Brady,
The Elementor templates addon doesnt provide any extra widget.
It is a templates library built with elementor (free version) tools.

Which carousel are you talking about? Is it this one https://demo.sonaar.io/downbeat-elementor/music-slider/ ?
