I recently purchased the MP3 Music Player Plugin, but every time I install this plugin, my site crashes. Once it crashes, I have to get in touch with Wordpress for them to deactivate the plugin, then my site starts working again. Any thoughts?
The free version is what is crashing my site. Every time I install it, I then receive a message about my site going down, and shortly after I cant do anything in the wordpress admin center without receiving an error. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it still crashes the site.

Make sure that the free version of the MP3 Player is installed first THEN activate the pro version.
Free version is available here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/mp3-music-player-by-sonaar/
Both version must remain activated.
