1) looks like the header is freeze (fixed) at the top the screen when you scroll down. Is it what you wanted? If not, you can change this by editing the options in wp-admin > theme options > menu options
2) You can edit the social media links in wp-admin > theme options > menu options and scroll down to hot links.
I want to freeze the header at the top and I want to update the social media links in the header as well :)
