We have purchased one of your templates. However, we are not interested in the auto renewal of the subscription. What steps do we need to take in order not to have the site automatically renewed?
Just to confirm that if we opt out of the auto renewal, the site will still be operational (all parts) but unable to receive updates or support. Is this correct?

Thanks for your purchase,
You can cancel your subscription/renewal by going to your sonaar.io account > My Account > Subscription > Cancel.
By canceling your subscription, your website will still work as is but you wont be able to receive update and support.
