    Hi Guys 

    I log to wordpress.org  today and saw a new update of the Apex 

    As usual I update and just after the update them just disappear  from word press   as the screen shot show below 

    How this is possible ? do i have to start  all the work i being all this year again ?

    I have noticed this update is the source of the issue  , each time i do the update of this   the whole disappear from my word press , Can you please investigate on this update and fix the issue if possible

    Thank  you for the reply , the issue here is this update  on the screen shot upload below 


    Each time I update this  version of  Sonaar  version 4.7.2  update  4.11  the theme disappear 

    and i have to the import the Theme again 

    I Never have this issue before even when i was updates the previous version of  Sonaar

    it is only happening with this new update of Sonaar

    SO I dont know if you are working on the website at the same moment as me or not

    Hi Maxine 


    I spent My whole day and night yesterday  working on the website

    I delete all theTheme that I have bought with you guys in the past because I thought  having them there might  result interacting  each others. 

    After that ,I import the Demo Theme Apex again  via the FTP and rebuild the website  over again 

    Everything working fine  last night. 

    This morning  I wake up the website was still working  until I saw the same Update pop up . SO I did the  update and  boom there we go again  the website is blank  


    This seem like the issue is coming from that Update  , Am  I the only facing the issue with that Update ?


    SO now  I am going to  delete and import  the Theme Apex but this time i wont do that update anymore  because every time I do that update the website is Blank and I have to rebuild everything again 

    If you are asking  my Ftp to do the work above  it is pointless   however you Guys should search what is wrong with the new update of the Sonaar Apex  and If I am the only one facing that issue or others people having the issue with that update

    I was asking access to your FTP because, yes, you are the only one who got this issue. Over 25 000 people use our product and the updates work fine.

    So once again, I can probably check and fix this for you if I can get access to your FTP directly.

    I was able  to connect in few minute and suddenly i get log out I thought it was you who is working on the webiste

    What browser  are you using to connect firefox or google chrome 


    The server told me if the browser use is firefox that tend to have some  issue  with their server  because firefox sent to many message  to them and they think multiple people are trying to connect   

    so they advise me to do not use firefox but chrome instead

    I am writing to the  server domain  right now in order to know where the issue is coming from because i Can not log either on the FTP  they are checking  out

    I am able to login now from Wordpress or FTP 

    They fixed the issue  . So you will be also able to log in

    Hi,

    I just went to joelington.com and it loaded fine.

    So I immediately tried to connect via FTP and it wont connect. See screenshot https://d.pr/i/uDE891
    And now, your website does not load anymore !! What the hell going on with your web hosting? You should consider changing to a better hosting because you seem to have a lot of issue with them. I mean, our other users dont have so much issues with their web hosting!

    strange  because i am able to connect on my side with the FTP 

    What do you recommend as  server hosting ?

    But for now that is not the topic if you are able to log in   can you please find out where the issue of the update is coming from

    just tried to connect to your ftp then your website crashed.

    Yes it works now (with sFTP connection) But access for your wp-admin does not work anymore. Please provide me access to your WP-Admin.

    right now on wordpress admin i can not log in  i am transferring a pluging  by ftp a silver revolution that i just bought right now 

    i dont know if that is the cause the website is not working or because you are working on it

    Hi,

    I did the update.

    However, your website is very very very slow.  I think you have not enough server memory and you should upgrade your server to a better one. Your website run fine when you have 1-2 plugins installed, but as soon as you have more than 2 plugins, it become very slow. Check with your webhosting.

    Thank you for the feedback  however i dont know if you check the whole page after the update because now  some page look messy and items missing , that is exactly what happens with that update  each time i do it

    Yeah exactly what i did after i saw that and then I reload the Them sonaar  that is why you are seing  nothing if you go back to wordpress  you will see is asking to update again that is because I reload the Sonaar

    Please DONT delete/rollback to a previous verison again. the new verison is just fine. make sure to clear your browser cache, thats it.

    If there is an issue, let me know but dont goes back to a previous version.
