    I upgraded to the Pro Version and now an "upgrade available" persists even though the latest version has already been installed. Every time someone tries to update, it disables the Pro extension and loses all or our style choices, until we activate the plugin again.

    Hi,

    I think its related specifically to WPEngine staging sites as you're the only 1 who have this issue.

    Do you have this problem on your live server as well?

    Yes. Same issue on the PROD site. I just copied it to staging to create a login for you.

    Can I deactivate all your plugins/themes on your staging so I can troubleshoot a bit more?

    There is a conflict with one of your third party plugins.

    I deactivated them all and activated only our plugin and updates is not showing up and it keep activate https://d.pr/i/UfmeR8

    It looks like a JavaScript conflict. Please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict.

    Found the culprit...Simple Custom CSS and JS PRO

    Update: I have confirmed that it is the plugin itself (Simple Custom CSS and JS PRO) and not any of the custom CSS we created. I get the problematic behavior with that plugin activated and NO custom code enabled. We'll likely eliminate that plugin in favor of the Sonaar MP3 Pro.
