I've found the error. This is shown in Google Console when navigating on your website:
Refused to apply style from 'http://cutcopy.net/?load=custom-style.css&ver=5.5' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.
It means that you server does not interpret the dynamic style sheet as a standard style sheet. This issue is related to your web hosting. Please contact them to disable strict MIME type.
