I am using a sonaar theme with woocommerce but when I downlaod my product. the link shows up but does not allow you to download the product can I get some assistance?
"Dropping the wc_download_log and re-activating woocommerce core plugin worked for us as well. Not sure why it worked though, the table prefix matched what I saw in woocommerce settings screen under database prefix. The table it created had the same prefix before as well."

it just says sorry error. the message disappears before I can screenshot it
please activate WP-Debug in your wp-config.php

They were unable to help me so I went back to make the purchase and this the error that shows up.

This thread did not help could you look into with the admin and work on it?
If you carefully check the thread, the issue is related with your database that is hosted on your web hosting. its not related with our theme.

as I read the thread everyone keep saying the resolution didn't work.
Read through page 2.
