the music parallax is a custom templates we have coded into the theme. It does not have filters available.
the filters you are refering are provided by Essential Grid plugin and can be used with any Essential Grids. (The parallax page is not an essential grid).

Can I modify the Essential Grid to make it more like the parallax page? With Essential Grid plugin or css?
