since I updated to the new version of the sonaar theme, every time I play a youtube video (generated by the essential grid) the volume of youtube is muted and that is for all my essential grid...
Before the update everything was playing at full level.
Is there a setting to change from muted volume to full?
Here is what I did: after backing up my essential grid folder from the ftp (located in public_html/wp-content/plugins) I deleted it and replaced it with the folder essential grid that you provided.
I did not uncompress the zip on the ftp but on my desktop before uploading it...not sure it makes any difference...
The volume button in youtube is still muted...even after refreshing my browser..
I tried on safari, firefox, and chrome still no change.
Here is the answer of Essential Grid theme: We have added an option in the "Lightbox Settings" as shown in the screenshot here that would stop the video from autoplaying https://prnt.sc/uh58c1 . It should allow you to play the video manually where sounds will be played too. (autoplaying will mute the video as it's a restriction from the browser)
I have enabled this option for you and now, when you click the lightbox then click play, the video start with sound.
