It is unthinkable that there is no feature in the Theme for Importing & Exporting Custom Post Contents.
Kindy advise if this is possible natively or any compatible plugin. I have used a couple earlier and will try the same as well. Though I should check with you first.
If you want to export/import custom post type content, we recommend to use WP All Import but im not really familiar with that kind of plugin..I heard good things about it tho.
