1. Client needs site title and tagline NOT logo, I've found no way to accomplish this within theme settings. Turning logo off changed nothing. Logo still appears. Removing logos dark/light removes the logo but does not show the TITLE / TAGLINE for the site for css styling.
2. Using PUSH menu slide in client requested the image background be removed until final artwork is supplied and to be set to black. I removed the uploaded background image, set background color to black and there is A. a serious caching problem with all browsers regardless of clearing cache, also installed WP SUPER CACHE continued cache problems AND B. in most browsers the background is now WHITE?
Can you explain these problems and provide solution. This seems like simple stuff to be spending an hour on for a premium theme.
1. We do not support/display the site title or WP tagline into the site's header. The theme does not offer this option yet but if we receive more user request about it, we will add this to our roadmap for sure. Ill take on upvote here. A work around solution is if you want to customize the header the way you want, I recommend that you check Elementor Pro's theme builder feature which allow you to create your own header using Elementor, instead of our theme's header.
2. For the background, I cant replicate the issue you have on your website. Each time I open the menu, I see the image. I have then setup the same kind of menu on my local environment but removed the background image and set the menu background black, and the menu is black. For the cache, issue, perhaps try to clear your browser cache as well..Im not too familiar with WP Super Cache.
yes, after reflecting I realized the both light and dark logo versions are coded in to be used depending on page background. image logo is fine for now.
Can you advise on how to change the skin for the parallax grid playlist view - there is no template in Essential grid overview section and no skin that matches it, is this not possible?
This template is not a essential grid's item. Its a custom php/JS templates provided with our theme. To modify/alter it, you can do it by using child theme and modify the php code to suits your need.
