    any reason why I am getting this when trying to add a demo?. i have been trying out your other templates to see which one will work for what i am doing , this will be the 3rd reset of the site, and i am getting this, i also do not see the demo content install under tools, even though i have activated license about 3 times and refreshed page

    You seem to refer to a screenshot but I dont have any images attached to your ticket, so im a bit confused.

    But I can see a theme demo imported on your website. see screenshot https://d.pr/i/oYL9Qq

    hello Max, yes i have a theme imported, i have been testing out the various themes to see which one will work best, the current one is my third theme, i was about to try the next one after that which is the magnetic and i do not see an option to import the demo under  tools. i have reactivated and its still same issue, if this continues i will have to stick with this theme and I am not sure if this is the one i really want to use,

    Hi Francis, 

    The iron demo importer plugin was not activated. 
    I have activated it and everything seem to works well.
