I am having problems to introduce a form of GIVEWP plugin. When I try the form in the site (Sonaar child) stays waiting for loading with a green circle. The GIVEWP team told me I need your support as it is a problem with the THEME.
This is the video they sent me about it. I need urgent support. I am using another plug-in for the donations, but it is not the right one. Thank you
Thanks. You have well detail your issue. Is it possible for you to provide a login credential to a live site? GIVEWP is a premium plugin. I cant install it, and it is very hard for us to fix something we cant replicate.
While GIVEWP found out that their plugin work with another theme activated (ex: twenty nineteen), I have ran several tests and found out that they still call very weird URL for their assets.
I have enabled Twenty Nineteen and as you can see in this screenshot, the URL loaded contains a double-url. https://d.pr/i/Xpeslt
This seems a glitch in their code.
That glitch make the plugin does not work using our theme because some of our functions are called twice in the same call and this gives a fatal error with our theme.
Please check with them to remove the double URL issue.
