So I've setup essential grid so I can show my Youtube Feed right through the website; however, whenever the video is played, it is muted and there is no option, especially on iOS where I can unmute the video. I've gone through the whole internet surfing for the answer but couldn't find any. Thus, I've come to Sonaar to see if there is someone else who've had this sort of an issue and I found the answer to be yes. However, my autoplay feature is already disabled, yet the audio is muted whenever a manual play is clicked via thumbnail. Please let me know how to fix this. Thank you!
That's how I am looking at it right now. I tried different browsers and all are the same.
Not sure why its not showing up big up on your side.
As for the videos, I understand it opens up in Youtube, but the audio is muted by default. It plays but without sound and specially on iOS, it cannot be turned back on.
For the logo, i tried with 2 different computers and it seems to works fine. Perhaps make sure to clear your browser cache. Perhaps check with a friend's computer if they got the same issue. I cant seem to be able to reproduce it.
For the video muted, the videos is muted on youtube or on your website? If its on your website, could you please elaborate on how I can reproduce the issue on my end (step by step), or record a video.
I have updated your theme for the new theme update released this morning. ALso, I have updated Essential Gird plugin for the latest version which add an option to turn off auto-play.
So I turned off auto-play in Essential Grid here https://d.pr/i/ytZFYw and now, your video can be played with sound.

Also the logo appears to be too big on the screen.
I can provide you access to the WP so you can have a look on why the logo appears to be so big that it covers almost two thirds of the home screen.
Thank you.
Could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.
Thanks,

Hi,
from what I see on your homepage, your logo's size seems fine: https://d.pr/i/268ff6
you can set the height of it in WP-Admin > Theme Options > logo. It currently set at 100px https://d.pr/i/X8wd1E
For the videos, when I go to your video lecture page, they open in youtube directly. I cant reproduce your issue: https://d.pr/i/FKY6BJ

I've seen another thread with the same issue.
Can you please have a look again.
Thank you.
