its because the plugin you use is not compatible with Ajax page loading.
There is 3 ways to resolve this:
1) You can disable Ajax page loading by going to wp-admin > theme options > general settings so the theme will load normally, like any other themes.
2) We could develop a special script so when people visit this particular check out page, the page will not loads via ajax but loads normally. This would avoid you to disable ajax on every page (see option 1 above), but only the checkout page where the plugin is used. For this, we would have the develop a particular script just for you which would takes around 1h. Unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of our free support and we would charge $80 for this script. more info here: https://sonaar.io/service/website-customization-service/
3) You can check with the author of the plugin if they have a javascript function to intialize the plugin when navigating from an ajax loaded page. You can then put this script in wp-admin > theme options > custom CSS/JS. This is more complex
