First problem: I cannot log in to my user account. Also a password reset did not work. I have not received an e-mail. I looked in the spam folder. See screenshot in the attachment (login-sonaar-problem.jpg).
The next problem concerns the theme. There is an error there that I cannot solve. This error occurs as follows. When I call a page that is not in the cache, the theme puts the footer on top (screenshot footer-problem1-1.jpg). If I then refresh the page via F5, it will be displayed correctly (footer-problem1-2.jpg). This means that you always have to refresh first for the theme to be displayed correctly. Do you have a solution for this?
Are you sure thats the correct email address you have used when you signed up?
2)I dont seem to be able to reproduce this issue on your website. Website is not in my cache (its the first time I visit it), and I see the footer completelyt at the bottom. see screenshot: https://d.pr/i/VqIR0h
perhaps clear your browser cache first to make sure all old files are cleared then try again.
Yes, I am relatively secure with the login data. Otherwise I would still have the license key. I would not like to post it. I have taught the cache. Same mistake. My Username is Quantin.
The first problem is solved. It was actually the wrong e-mail, I dumbass.
I can't get anywhere with the second problem! Cache taught, WordPress freshly installed locally, then Sonaar and then Sonaar child installed. Then the necessary plugins and finally the demo data.
Ok, I can reproduce your issue now on your website. (but still cant replicate it on my local environment).
Perhaps it a JavaScript conflict. Could you try something for me? Please deactivate all your plugins except Elementor Sonaar Addon, Elementor, Essential Grid and Revolution Slider then see if the issue persists. If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict.

I'm sorry Dieter,
I tried to follow all steps you described by I can't reproduce your issue on my end so I don't have any ideas what's wrong here.
If I could reproduce the issue on my computer, I could certainly assist you.
Thanks,

Hi Max,
i just see that you have been on the homepage and made the screenshot https://d.pr/i/VqIR0h
On the start page everything works fine. But please go to a subpage. For example "About us>vita". Then the error should be reproducible.
Thanks
Dieter
