    Hi there !

I'm trying to link my instagram to essential grid (Version 2.3.6, I can't update to a newer vesion, i don't know why).

Everytime, it shoots an error message asking to "ckeck the settings". (where there is API key required).

    Help ?

    Hi,

    1) Make sure you use Sonaar Theme 4.19.1 Please read this article about how to update your theme: https://sonaar.ticksy.com/article/12410/

    2) Once you use the latest version of the theme, go to WP-Admin > Appearance > Install Plugins. On this screen, you will see an update for Ess Grid. Click update.

    3) then follow the instruction here https://sonaar.ticksy.com//article/13832/

    Thanks,

    Hi Max !

Thank you for your reply. Now, I've updated the Sonnar Theme and now Ess Grid works fine with instagram.

I now get an "ajax error : unable to load playlist" whenever I try to use the Ess Grid w/ youtube. I've created an API and have my channel ID but it doesn't seem to work ...

    Thanks !

    Hi,

Im not very familiar with the new YouTube API but make sure you check your youtube api settings are correct and that you have restricted your api to your server only.

If it does not work, please check directly with YouTube support what does not work and see if the api is 100% correctly set.

    Thanks,

My API seems to work fine with other applications. Any tricks to make this work ? As a musician, without this grid, my website is not really relevant ...

    Hi,

I can check if Ess Grid is set correctly, but I wont be able to check if your google API is correct set because I dont have access to your google account and we are not authorized to get access.

So if you want me to check if Ess grid is correctly set, please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.

    Thanks,
