I do not see the MP3 player in my dashboard. How do I get it to appear? Also the WooCommerce plugin is deactivated was it suppose to automatically activate when I went through the installation steps for my theme?
What MP3 Player you dont see exactly? If you use the theme, you wont see any MP3 Player in the dashboard. Im confused, please elaborate on your question.

you are using our theme, not the standalone mp3 player.
the playlist are not in mp3 player but in playlist.

Yes but use menu playlist instead of mp3 player
