Are there any solutions to my last two ticket submissions?
You guys need to do much better with customer service.... I've ran into several issues with this theme and I've had to figure out much of this on my own. You should be prepared to promptly respond to inquiries or make your cover every single detail from A-Z. I'm tired of running into road blocks and not getting any help from you guys. I have a business to run!
As I mentionned on your previous ticket, our support hour is from Monday to Friday 9ham to 6hpm and our timezone is UTC-5. (We are located in Montreal, Canada). Also, everytime you reply to your own ticket, your ticket goes down the queue as its conidered more recent.
Also, I think we did pretty well on your last 16 tickets your have opened so far, and asking us for "do much better with customer service" is quiet surprising. We are human just like you and we do our best to support our customers. If you find our theme too difficult and are impatient with it, i can fully understand that. I can offer full refund on the service you've bought if you'd like.

It doesn't make sense to use a theme where I have to fix every issue myself with a "Workaround".
