I have just bought the elementor elementor templates addon.
It did not say anywhere on the page that I was signing up to a subscription, nor did it say so at the checkout.
I think it's rather deceitful that you have done this and I will be writing a review to caution future customers who are thinking of buying your products, so they are not deceived in this same way.
I would like to know if I can cancel my 'subscription' now and still receive the 1 year of support and updates at least, just so you don't bill me for the product again after one year.
Since you've already bought the lifetime theme access, you also get access to lifetime access to the elementor templates addon kit and I will personally make sure you will not be charged for the elementor add-on kit every year. There was a subscription set because the product is mostly sold stand-alone for people who don't buy lifetime access.

I also bought a license for the player, but I have since found out its incorporated in the theme. I can't currently see any other use for the player, so I wondered if I could have a refund for both the player and the elements? I want to see if I need the player for any other reason but I currently can't see that happening...so please just confirm with me first.
Unfortunately, we can't refund since the initial purchase was made almost 4 months ago. I am truly sorry. Since you have a lifetime subscription, you may use the product for lifetime
