I've just created a new page which is holding a menu player via a plugin called "use your drive" which streams video files from your google drive. When I test the page by itself it works fine but when I click on the menu button to access the page it either doesn't load the media player at all or if it does the files don't load and there just a rotating loading circle. what am I doing wrong?
I have got it to work now, its just that I have to refresh the page, this isn't idea as visitors to the site shouldn't have to refresh their browser to view a page, what do you suggest I do, is it the plugin?
this is probably because your plugin is not compatible with AJAX page loading which our theme use. If you want to use this plugin, you can deactvate AJAX so the theme will load normally as any standard theme by going to WP-Admin > Theme Options > General Settings and deactivate AJAX.
