Context: I had an issue with Elementor Pro theme builder not overriding shop page. Also Elementor Canvas for this page looked very wierd (pic attached).
I contacted Elementor support to resolve the issue and here's what they said:
"Upon further checking, it looks like the issue is caused by the plugin, "MP3 Music Player by Sonaar"'. If I temporarily deactivate it, the template works.
Since we do not have control over this plugin's code, it would be best to contact their developers regarding this so they could check the issue for you".
And, indeed, when MP3 player is deactivated issues are gone.
I'm trying to reproduce to issue with "Elementor Pro theme builder not overriding shop page."
I'm a bit confused: While I'm able to override the PRODUCT page with Elementor (with and without our mp3 plugin activated), I'm not able to override the native WooCommerce SHOP page with Elementor (even with MP3 plugin deactivated).
Elementor Pro does not offer possibility to override the NATIVE WC Shop page. However, here is a work around:
Now when you say: "I had an issue with Elementor Pro theme builder not overriding shop page. Also Elementor Canvas for this page looked very wierd (pic attached)."
The first sentence tell me that you are not able to override the shop page and the second sentence tell me that when you edit that page, the elementor canva make the page looks weird...im confused here. please elaborate on the step to reproduce the issue on my end.
I can edit the archive product (shop) template using elementor, I can press save and apply, but it does nothing when mp3 player is active, that's the point.
And that funky canvas look persists only when mp3 player is active. Once it disabled, funky look disappears and archive product template from page builder gets applied.
Hold on a second, but it doesn't work with any other theme!
Nor with Kalium, Twenty Twenty-One and Twenty Twenty.
You checked them yourself, right?
It works only with Hello Theme. Is it how it supposed to work? With only one theme as an option?
UPD: on the other hand once I disable mp3 player custom product page works on any theme. It's not a theme problem, player conflicts with 3 of 4 themes.
UPD2: it feels like a trickery, Max. It feels really bad. I want refund.
Hi again.

Why is it so? Can we sort it out?
Forgot to attach pics
Important: today is 14th day after I made a purchase.
So I want to point out that I'd like to refund if we can't fix the problem since I found an issue within 14 days since I purchased.
Although I'd rather fix the problem, I love how pluging looks..
Hi Artyom,
Sure I can check this for you.

Sure thing!
Elementor Pro does override shop pages, here's how:
And doing this exact stuff I stumbled upon the situation I described.I mean this is weird that disabling !mp3 player! allowed theme builder finally apply product archive page. But it is what it is.
I could give you access to WP to click around if this would help.
Yep, exactly.
I can edit the archive product (shop) template using elementor, I can press save and apply, but it does nothing when mp3 player is active, that's the point.

Hi,
here is how I've build the archive product: page https://d.pr/v/FWaLed
Seems to work..
Also, I have followed the video tutorial you've sent me and it seems to work. see video of my setup: https://d.pr/v/aWmlEw
please record a video of your setup so I can check the difference between your and mine
Thanks,
Max from the Sonaar.io Crew
I do EXACTLY the same things!
And when player is activated, I have default WP theme shop page firing, when deactivated - builded archive page firing.
And that's what was diagnosed by elementor custom support rep. Nonsense.
I'll do screen recording tomorrow.
Could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.
Thanks,
Max from the Sonaar.io Crew
Hi,
this seems an issue with your theme called Kalium
It seems to work with theme that support Elementor such as Hello Theme
EDIT: switch to theme Hello Theme and you will see that it works
Thanks,
Max from the Sonaar.io Crew
Oh God, not again... it started from them...
Thanks for help anyway!

Ok, I know the issue. please give me back access to your wp-admin
Thanks,
Max from the Sonaar.io Crew
I have access to your wp-admin but I don't have access to edit the plugin.
so please edit file sonaar-music.php on the root of the plugin and remove this line:
