Yes it works if you deactivate ajax in general settings.
To empty cache, it depends which cache plugin you are using. Please refer to the documentation/support of the cache plugin you are using on how to use their plugin

Does it load when you reload/refresh the page?
How do you manage to access the host-bio page from your website? I don't see any menu to go to that page.

click on my name Johnny Burke . Yes, content does load when you refresh the page, but often this happen switch both of my contact pages

could it be that I need to delete the cache? it does not happen every time
Maybe.. When it does that usually it's a conflict by a third party plugin that have a JavaScript error and break the ajax loading.
You can also turn off ajax page loading to avoid this by going to wp-admin > theme options > general settings

Tried turning Ajax off, but it did not fix the problem. If it might help, where/ how to clear the cache?
