    Hi there, I just updated my account from having purchased one theme (Studio Recording) to having access to all of the themes. My child theme activates fine with my new code but when I click the "Demo Content Install' link I am brought to a page with only the Studio Recording theme available. I am not sure what I need to do in order to see all of the themes as options to install to my site.

    Thanks so much for your time.

    Hi,

    This is mostly because wordpress keep in cache old demo access key.

    Could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.

    Thanks,

    Please check now. I've cleared the cached transient.

    Thanks,

    Excellent, that did the trick.

    So, how does one 'clear the cached transient' from within the Wordpress dashboard?

    I have run this php code once.

    delete_site_transient('sonaar_demo');

    Hey there Max, so I am having difficulty installing the demo content now ... I had issues on the first site but was able to fix them by activating zip extension in our cPanel. Also, I had issues with the backup component but I followed your link to instructions to fix and this is all good.

    Note: I am trying to install the content for Castopress - if it is just easier for me to do a manual install I am fine with that.

    I am attaching my error log for your reference.

    Thanks Max, so I downloaded/uploaded the zip file and went to Tools/Backup, selected the backup and clicked Restore but it failed. I got an error message that says:

    • 32 seconds ago Archive Unzip: The execution failed. Please check error.log

    I checked my cpanel and the zip functionality is still checked. There is nothing new in my error log.

    Hey there Max, I just wanted to touch base and update you on our theme install issue. We have been able to fix it on our end ... the problem was that when we set up this multisite we did not have a security certificate so the main site (the one I was trying to install the theme to) did not have it's url defined as https in the database. Once we made this change everything seems to have cleared up - I think things were just getting confused.

    Anyway, thanks so much for your awesome support and during a holiday!
