    Hi there!
So, my website is built with WPBakery and I have 2 issues:

    1) Sticky player appears everytime I open the page, which is annoying. Is there any chance to make it appear only when I click play on the track? So that I wouldn't have to close it every time I open the page.

    2) For some reason, the fonts are not changing on my phone. I chose particular fonts on the computer but they're not updating on the phone. What is the reason for that and is it possible to fix it?

    3) The issue with the facebook chat button. On your website it drags up when you click on audio. On my website it doesn't happen and this button closes the player.

    Hi Denys,

    1) for the sticky, you can disable it in WP-Admin > MP3 Player > Settings > and make sure no playlist is selected: https://d.pr/i/jakQc9

    2) Which fonts are you selecting in the mp3 player > settings ? Could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.

    Thanks,

Here's one more thing I've noticed

The fonts don't change even when I look from a different browser. So, I just checked my website from Opera and the font is the the most typical one. With google chrome it updates tho, but not with safari or opera.

    Why is that?

Also, I can't see the sound button.

Please, can you login and make my sticky player settings exactly similar how they look on your website!!

    1) The font issue you have is because of your cache plugin.

when you're logged in into WordPress and your check your website, cache is not effective so google fonts are properly loaded.

when you're not logged in into WordPres (ie: in another browser, or incognito browser), fonts are not loaded because your cache refuse to loads it. please check your cache plugin settings.

    2) You had to use sticky_player="true" in your shortcodes so when you click player, the sticky show up. I did it for you. I have also unchecked the playlist in your mp3 player > settings so the sticky will only show up when you click play.

For the chat, we use third party service called manychat

    Thank you very-very much, Max!

    You've been a great help!
I have only 1 more question, the last one!

The sticky player on my website looks different from the one on yours. I don't have the "sound" button, it works but it's invisible and the sound waves are much bigger than yours.
Frankly, I love the looks of your sticky player more on your website.
Is there any chance I could make mine look similar?

Take a look at the attached picture of the issue
Thanks a lot in advance, Max!

    Hi,

this is because your theme or one of your third party plugin use .icon selector too and put an !important on the display:flex; so it overwrite every assets with that use the icon selector.

    see screenshot: https://d.pr/i/lyU8Jp

To find out which plugin (or theme) cause conflict, deactivate all your plugins and activate them one by one to catch the defective one.
