    Hello,

    I'm having an issue installing the demo content on my purchased theme "Podcastr for Elementor".  During installation of the demo content I get the following error message, as displayed in the screenshot:

    Maximum execution time of 29 seconds exceeded in /var/www/wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor-imagick.php on line 362

    I have already increased the following php.ini limits verified by a phpinfo output:

    max_execution_time = 900
    max_input_time = 180
    upload_max_filesize = 500M

    Hi,

    seems your wordpress or server still have the 30 seconds max execution time set.

    I recommend you contact your hosting provider to make sure this is correctly set as the settings and config can be different from server to server. Perhaps you will have to restart the server to make the change apply.

    Thanks,

    Hi Max,

    I've already contact support to discuss which is where they advised on the config changes I mentioned in my original post.  Attached is an additional screenshot of these values in the phpinfo representation which indicates the changes are active as far as the server is concerned.  The following reside in a /root/.user.ini file:

    max_execution_time = 900
    max_input_time = 180
    upload_max_filesize = 500M

    Please check now..

    demo was imported..but your theme folder was renamed to theme1 instead of theme on your server.

    now you should be ok.

    Thanks,

    Thank you! It appears to be working.  For my reference, and others reading the public portions of this post: what was the issue you corrected?  Thank you for your help!

    I simply renamed your theme folder called /themes1/ for /themes/ which is the folder name that WordPress reads themes from.

    Thanks,
