Agree your site is very slow. This is not a regular behavior. If we disable many plugins, your site run quite faster. Maybe the server need more memory, but I m not sure about that. 250M should be enough. My first advise is to update Wordpress to 5.6 And all your plugins.

But it is important you know how Please go to wp-admin>plugins And update all plugin https://d.pr/i/la2L8l Be aware you cant update WPBakery, Essential Slider, and Revolution Slider that way. Those plugins updates come with the theme update.
When this is done, please clear cache and look if the site goes faster.
My second advise is to move your site to a server from another web hosting.
But please tell me first which webhost provider are you using.
When I use my phone to click on the web. I can see the front page. when I click on the Menu I do not see any option.

We just update the Hosting with Go Daddy
I spoke with them and all is ok on their side.
I think the issue was related to the w3 total cache.
I have changed some settings and your site looks to run faster now.
