Hello, my subscription has expired and I am not able to download the files that I paid for last year. I understand that the subscription has expired and that I cannot download an updated version of the files, but, on any other site like CodeCanyon, Music Maker, etc. I am still able to download the older version of the theme that I paid to use. What do we need to do to make this right?
Since your subscription has expired, you cannot download files from our server. If you want to access our server files you must have an active subscription. Perhaps you can check with your webhosting to get a backup copy in case you have deleted it from your computer.
