what is the correct size you want? You can set the minimum "height" size in WP-Admin > Theme Options > Logo. Its currently set at 90px height.
Your original uploaded logo has weird watermark on it (see original image: https://d.pr/i/PpY8dV ). you might want to upload a transparent png instead. check with your designer.

how to display just the logo but not the site title? also, what are the dimensions for the logo?
Upload the logos in wp-admin > theme options > logo and you wont have site title displayed.
