I cannot locate the same screenshot you sent.. Also, note that you cannot insert Soundcloud URL into our customer player. You can embed Soundcloud native player as you currently do, but you cannot play Soundcloud tracks within our custom MP3 Player.

the issue is on Soundcloud. probably that the song is not set to be share or dont have permission.
To prove that, on the Soundcloud site we cannot share the song..but we can with your other song.
