    I am getting no index tag error when I try and submit my website to google for indexing. When I run SEO audit, it says no index tag in located within HTML.

    Im sorry, im not familiar nor expert in Google indexing / SEO optimisation. I recommend you hire a SEO expert for this.

    Also, try to use Yoast SEO plugin, it's a great SEO plugin
