Hello. I have customized the MP3 player and updated the page. The songs play in the media player when elementor is still in edit mode but when I update the page and try to play the songs on the actual website, nothing happens. I was thinking about upgrading to the custom templates but only if I am able to get this to work proprly.
I have deactivated both regular sonar mp3 and the pro version. I have also tried playing the playlist from the templates and building a fresh playlist within the widget itself. Nothing is working. I have also flushed the caches. The player isn't running on the desk top or the mobile site. Regular media player is able to run and play the songs though. I run a musician website so its rather urgent we get this figured out, as we have ads running to his site to purchase production and people are unable to play the music.

The issue you have is because of your CDN (Content Delivery Network). Please deactivate your CDN on your hosting and it will work.
