    Hi! Yesterday I bought the sonaar Pro MP3 player expecting it would work on my wordpress website. It did played the tracks I uploaded but with no continuous playback...

    Unfortunately, that would be a needed feature to keep the subscription.

    Since the product didn't reach my expectations in terms of functional roles, I want to cancell my subscription and have a refund.

    Sure I can refund.

    Perhaps you have missed something..Have you enabled continuous player in the mp3 player > settings ?
