Hello. My MP3 player turns off when I go to the "Shop" page. Tell me what could be the reason? If I go to other pages, everything works fine. The same thing happens when I go to the product card. Any interaction with Woocommerce pages disables the plugin. You can check this by running the track on the MUSIC – CLICK & PLAY page, and then go to the Shop page. Thanks.

    Hello Vasiliy,

WooCommerce plugin is not compatible with any AJAX page loading themes or plugins.

WooCommerce team is aware of the issue since everybody who use ajax have the same issue where WC break on ajax loading. They have not bring any fix about this yet so the only solution we have is to load WooCommerce page in a standard WordPress way (without AJAX) but this has the effect to reload the page and thus, stop the continuous playback.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Sorry I think I dont understand the question correctly.

What do you mean by create a listen button on each individual track? (and you are referring to the music click and play grid...) im confused.

Can you send me example screenshot or reference?

To add a button (eg: buy it now) on the sticky player and link it to your product, simply edit your playlist and add the link to the product URL here. see screenshot: https://d.pr/i/EaLdkw

you can add unlimited links to each of your tracks.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    1) this is not currently possible straight out of the box im afraid, sorry. the click and play grid can only be used with playlist custom post types.

    2) The only way to use tracks is by using our playlist custom post type.

We are currently working on a very huge addition of our stand-alone MP3 Music player Pro available here that will include full WooCommerce support.

You can see a demo here (still under progress).

We might release the addon this week. However, the standalone plugin does not work if you use Sonaar Theme. You will have to use another theme than sonaar if you want to use the standalone plugin.

    Thanks,

Yes correct, its not possible to do this with our theme. Only with our future addon that will be released probably this week or next week. We have been working on this since 2 months.

But you say that your addon will not work with your "Sonnar" themes? If this is the case, then most likely I will have to make a refund of the purchase, since it does not fit my tasks. It's sad. I really like this theme.

correct, the stand alone plugin wont work with sonaar theme.

We can refund if you trade the theme for our stand-alone plugin.

As you can see in our demo here: https://beatstore.sonaar.io/rebirth/

we use the free theme called Hello with Elementor Pro + our MP3 Music Player Pro WooCommerce edition

Does your player have the ability to customize the waveform? I'm now talking about the player that is built into the theme, and about a separate plugin. I need the player to show the original waveform. How can this be achieved? For example, as shown in the screenshot.

This option is only available in the separate plugin.

    Hi,

The IronTemplates themes (We are the makers of these themes as well) are not compatible with the stand-alone player.

    1) The stand-alone player offer a continuous playback functionality, but it will be done via Cookie sessions, and not AJAX. The downside is that there is a quick audio gap when you switch to another page.

    2) ok

    3) ok
