The issue wIt’s Elementor sometimes work and at other times moves slower and therefore I exit out of the app. There doesn’t seem to be a contact person at Sonaar that I can contact through Wordpress.

Regarding the Sonaar player, I would love to help you with this but support for third-party plugins (and their widgets) is out of the scope of our support (Support Scope). It would be best to contact the developers of Sonaar regarding this so they could check the issue for you. I hope you will understand.

Great    Okay    Not Good Kenneth Reid repliedMar 30, 2:03 True. The blocks menu selection in Elementor and Elementor Pro stays gray where I can not select anything. So I uninstalled them and reinstalled them again. Please add those tracks on my purchased Sonaar audio player and theme (9dda5a-62e6a9-42a799-26634d-c26726) I added 500 tracks but they appear individually and not in the purchased player

Please add them into my Sonaar wave audio player where only 4 tracks will be displayed.

Regarding your concern, from what I understand, when you try to edit with Elementor, the elementor panel is stuck on loading - is that correct? If so, to help troubleshoot the issue, kindly try to follow the procedures in our guide below (please feel free to skip the steps that you already did):

If this did not help, as a Pro user, you can provide both cPanel and WP login credentails to your website for us to further check the issue for you.
