    Hi,
    I have the feeling that my JavaScript or jQuery code is not working properly with the Ajax loading.

    Do you have any recommendation to insert and use custom JS?

    Hi,

    you can add your own JS in WP-admin > Theme Options > Custom CSS / JS and add your js in the Custom JS field.

    The content of that box is always called on new ajax page load so you can reinit your custom js script there
